How do I get started with A Pastor App?
Download the app from the App Store, create an account with your church email, and follow the onboarding steps. You can import your congregation data or add members manually.
Is my congregation's data secure?
Yes, we use bank-level encryption to protect all data. Information is encrypted both in transit and at rest. We also use iOS Keychain for secure token storage and implement strict access controls.
Can I use the app on multiple devices?
Yes, you can sign in to your account on multiple iOS devices. Your data syncs automatically across all devices.
How do I add congregation members?
Go to the Members section, tap the '+' button, and enter the member's information. You can also import members in bulk from a CSV file.
What if I need to delete member data?
You can delete individual member records from the member detail screen. For bulk deletions or account data removal, please contact our support team.
Is there a limit to how many members I can track?
Our plans accommodate churches of all sizes. The free tier supports up to 100 members. Premium plans offer unlimited members.
